Possible delivery delays may be experienced
Due to extended COVID-19 restrictions, limited flights and high parcel volumes we are experiencing shipping delays with Australia Post and our courier network.
We are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure we get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
We apologise for any delays and appreciate your patience in these unprecedented times.
We charge a flat rate of $12 per order for postage over Australia.
Free postage for all Australian orders over $100.
Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item we are unable to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange. Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form.
PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items, we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
